Next, use the knife in a downward motion to remove the peel. Slice the kiwi horizontally in half, then cut into wedges. You can also cut the kiwi in small dice or sections.

With a spoon:

You will need a paring knife and a spoon to accomplish this. First, you will need to cut off both ends of the kiwi, making sure you remove all white bits. Next, slide a spoon between skin and flesh. To release the fruit, slowly move the spoon around the kiwi. You’ll be able to cut any shape you like with the spoon.

 

 With a Peeler:

Now take the kiwi out of the pot and rinse it under cold water. It should now be cool enough to touch. Next, start slowly peeling off the skin using your fingers. You have now successfully peeled the kiwi.

With a Glass:

It is hands down our favourite method to feel a kiwi quickly. It requires no special equipment and takes only seconds. First, you will cut the kiwi in half, unlike the previous method. The fun part is now: Place the kiwi on a rimmed glass (make sure it’s between the skin of the fruit and the flesh) and then slide it down. It will take off the thin skin of the kiwi while still allowing the fruit to remain intact and ready for consumption.
